Shipping to the USA is now available again. We found a company called UUFY that allows us to ship via FedEx or UPS at a much better price than that of the FedEx or UPS official site. The shipping cost will be slightly higher, but the delivery time and tracking system are far superior to Speedpost, which has been getting worse and worse.

We have recently experienced a number of issues with orders placed from the United States, despite our clear statement on this page that we can not ship to the US. Some USA customers intentionally place orders and then request immediate cancellation. This creates significant difficulties for us, including the loss of transaction fees on every order. Unfortunately, PayPal provides no seller protection in these situations, and their currency conversion rates are also very high.

We have also discovered that many of the email addresses provided by PayPal are invalid. As a result, customers may not receive our order confirmation emails, shipping notifications, or important messages when we need to verify details about their orders. PayPal should be responsible for ensuring that customers’ contact information is accurate and valid, but unfortunately, they do not. This cause us so many unecessry workloads to handle every single order!!!

Additionally, we previously suffered substantial financial losses when CCNow suddenly ceased operations many years ago, preventing us from recovering our funds (rather large amount!)Because of these experiences, we no longer have confidence in these payment service providers. For these reasons, we have decided to fire PayPal immediately.


We know the world is getting more and more crazy now and let's go back to 25 years ago, accept cash and bank transfer!!! So bad we cannot put cash in letter anymore so we can only accpet Bank transfer!

The shipping rate for Zone A is exactly the same as what we listed on our price list.

Zone B shipping rates are lower, so we may refund $5-$10 (depending on weight) to your PayPal account after shipping.

Hong Kong Speed Post

All orders will be shipped by Hong Kong Speed Post. US orders will be by UPS, UK orders sometimes will be upgraded to Fedex without additioal fee. Once we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation email that includes the estimated processing time required for the final assembly and inspection of your camera(s). This email will also contain the product details and your shipping information. When your camera has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with your order details and tracking number.

Speed Post elivery typically takes 3-5 business days. (reach to your country).

Accessories and replacement parts are shipped via Hong Kong Post Registered Air Parcel. Shipping rates are the same for all countries.

***Please note: Parcel Force (UK) and Chronopost (France), partners of HK Speed Post, charge not only VAT but also an additional handling fee, which many customers find frustrating. If you wish to avoid this handling fee, we can ship your order by UPS instead. However, UPS shipping requires an additional shipping charge, as the cost is higher than Speed Post.***

Our Policy

All countries require import taxes including USA, which are not included in our prices. These taxes will be collected by local customs upon arrival. It is your responsibility to pay these charges. Refusal to pay is not a valid reason for a return or refund.

We ensure that every camera is in the best condition before shipping. If you have issues or need help, please email us.

For defective items, contact us within 7 days of receipt and return the item in its original, unused condition within 7 days of our response.

You are responsible for return shipping and insurance. After receiving the item in its original condition, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and a $30 handling and restocking fee will be charged for non-defective returns or replacements. Additional shipping charges apply for replacements.
