The shipping rate for Zone A is exactly the same as what we listed on our price list.

Zone B shipping rates are lower, so we may refund $5-$10 (depending on weight) to your PayPal account after shipping.

Hong Kong Speed Post

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment, with a shipping confirmation email sent.
We ship all our cameras by Hong Kong Speed Post with tracking number. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. (reach to your country).

Accessories and replacement parts are shipped via Hong Kong Post Registered Air Parcel. Shipping rates are the same for all countries.

***Please note that Parcel Force (UK) and Chronopost (France), partners of HK Speed Post, charge VAT and an additional handling fee, which many customers find frustrating. For orders under $200, we will use registered mail to these countries. FedEx, DHL, or UPS prices are often doubled or more, so we will not use these couriers. ***

Our Policy

European countries require import taxes, which are not included in our prices. These taxes will be collected by local customs upon arrival. It is your responsibility to pay these charges. Refusal to pay is not a valid reason for a return or refund.

 

We ensure that every camera is in the best condition before shipping. If you have issues or need help, please email us.

 

For defective items, contact us within 7 days of receipt and return the item in its original, unused condition within 7 days of our response.

 

You are responsible for return shipping and insurance. After receiving the item in its original condition, we will issue a replacement or refund.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and a $30 handling and restocking fee will be charged for non-defective returns or replacements. Additional shipping charges apply for replacements.
