The shipping rate for Zone A is exactly the same as what we listed on our price list.

Zone B shipping rates are lower, so we may refund $5-$10 (depending on weight) to your PayPal account after shipping.

Shipping Method

 

All orders will be shipped by Hong Kong Speed Post. US orders will be bDHL, UK orders sometimes will be upgraded to Fedex/DHL without additioal fee. Once we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation email that includes the estimated processing time required for the final assembly and inspection of your camera(s). This email will also contain the product details and your shipping information. When your camera has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with your order details and tracking number.

 

 

Speed Post elivery typically takes 3-5 business days. (reach to your country).

Accessories and replacement parts are shipped via Hong Kong Post Registered Air Parcel. Shipping rates are the same for all countries except USA.

***Please note: Parcel Force (UK) and Chronopost (France), partners of HK Speed Post, charge not only VAT but also an additional handling fee, which many customers find frustrating. If you wish to avoid this handling fee, we can ship your order by UPS instead. However, UPS shipping requires an additional shipping charge, as the cost is higher than Speed Post.***

Our Policy

All countries require import taxes including USA, which are not included in our prices. These taxes will be collected by local customs upon arrival. It is your responsibility to pay these charges. Refusal to pay is not a valid reason for a return or refund.

 

We ensure that every camera is in the best condition before shipping. If you have issues or need help, please email us.

 

For defective items, contact us within 7 days of receipt and return the item in its original, unused condition within 7 days of our response.

 

You are responsible for return shipping and insurance. After receiving the item in its original condition, we will issue a replacement or refund.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and a $30 handling and restocking fee will be charged for non-defective returns or replacements. Additional shipping charges apply for replacements.
