Quick Quick Plate Coming Soon...
This project has already lasted for many years, and this item has become our camera designer's favorite accessory. The mock-up has never left our designer's pinhole cameras since it was first made! It is very convenient for outdoor pinholing. The production was ready 2 years ago, but there have been many changes in the city, and we have been addressing problems one by one. Our camera designer says that even though he doesn't sleep, he will make it available very soon - by September. Please stay tuned!!!!

New Wooden nameplate for our Zero 69 series cameras
Our original brass plate manufacturer, a Hong Kong-based company, retired many years ago. We had already ordered new nameplates at that time to ensure long-term availability. Thanks to the support of our customers, all nameplates for our Zero 69 series cameras have been utilized.
Despite extensive efforts in the last year, we have been unable to find a new vendor in China(the apparent sole source) that meets our previous standards in brass quality, etching precision, ink application technique, and stable pricing. Consequently, we have decided to handle this production in-house. While this may increase our workload, we are committed to maintaining our current pricing.
For our other cameras, we still have plenty of brass plates. If they are used up, we will replace them with wooden plates too.

Good News: Zero135 Lacquer version is now available agian with better price!
It's a good news to our customers who are asking for our Zero 135 lacquer version which already sold out for several years. It's back again now!
Last year when we prepare to move our workshop, we found a small lot of 135 which was made many years ago. We just need to add a few more layers of finishing and now they are ready with far better price. Once they all gone, we will not make this model again.

Good News: Shipping Service to Most Countries Already Resumed!
It's a good news that shipping service (Speed post) for most countries already resumed but the delivery time is a bit longer than befor, all depends on your local post office and your customs!
The limitation of weight for US parcel now is 35KG. US customers can order the Zero 810 without any problem.
As we already getting more busy now, so it's time to order your Christmas presents for yourself, your friends or your family so you can get it before the coming Christmas!

Nothing can last Forever!
We are so sorry to announce that our European dealer from UK already retired!
They help us to import a lot our cameras to the Europe for almost 20 years and they are very reliable , every order is very smooth without any problem. We would like to say "Happy Retirement" to them.
We still have an European dealer from German, also a long term partner with very good relationship. European customers can buy our camera from Monochrome Germany.
Another sad news is all our 6x12 viewfinder already gone. The last large lot was made by a company here in Hong Kong maybe 10 years ago but they retired several years ago. These few years we keep search for new vendors but the only choice is china company because most similar companies in HK already retired or even can't survive here. After spending a lot of time and money to deal with many companies, none of them can reach to the standard of 20 years ago, even some of them are manufacturing similar product for large china brand!!! We have to give up! No hope anymore! We prefer spend more time to make the camera instead of dealing with those horrible people or set up a new section to product it by ourselves!!!
Our final solution is we will include the 6x18 view finder for all of our 612 camera. Hope this can be accepted by our customers. We have try our best!

RoadMaps 2021 and Zero 45We received a lot of customers asking when this camera will be available again. We thank you so much for the supporting of our original design camera.
We have no plan to stop this iconic camera. Some customers misunderstood that we stop this camera because of the demand is less but in fact it is because the demand is more than we can expect several years ago!!! Of course the demand of some items is really drop because of the design thief, especially the filter adapter but this will not affect the availability of any of our items.
Not like those kickstarter or fund-raising projects who collect all your money firstly before the item can be put into production and then rush out the product in a short period, or simply drop the project if they can't get enough support/money/profit!!! We need to plan a few years ahead, take the risk to invest the money to buy all the materials, like the wood and brass, necessary machines or equipment, prepare the production line in our own workshops and then prepare and make a large lot of cameras (for each model) for the next few years. All our wood must "storage" in our workshop for several years until they are very stable before we starting any machine work, together with the traditional method we adopt, it needs more than a years make the camera from the "first cut" to the final assembly.
It is out of our expectation that the demand of 45 camera increase in this 2 years (sure it is because the stunning photos and video shared by the Zero45 owners/pinhole photographers, they know very well about the ultra wide angle character of this camera and they can fully master this camera, more and more new comers look for this camera after seeing their works! Thanks!!!) and together with the affect of the wuhan wirus, the new ziang-gang situation, this item will be unavailable for a while until we can make another lot. So for those customers who want to buy this camera, please don't worry and be patience. We are making this camera continuously. As usual, all our woods already bought several years ago(already far expensive than before, and this years price is even crazy)and were well prepared, some machine work already started early last year but by this moment we really want to finish the coming new items firstly as they all have postponed too long:

We can just keep doing our best.

Update: Stay at HomeWe are not lazy during the difficult time! No only we don't have income for two months but also CCnow didn't send us our payment for the last two years, they even don't have any response for many months!!! This is our wonderful/extraordinary 20th anniversary!!! Anyway, life have to go on...
All design registration of our new design is ready. Please be patience, the dark will disappear soon. We all need to back to basic and back to nature! The sky is blue and clear now...
Our production is not affected by the Wuhan Virus too much because most of the parts of our camera are made in-house and we have individual area for each stage of work and everyone here work alone as usual.

Unique Filter Adapter of Zero Image
This special design of our adapter is made of wood and existing filter stepping ring.
We take care all our previous customers so we designed it to be remove-able and can be installed to any of their Zero cameras.
The one big round corner is for the freedom movement of the shutter.
All this concepts and design cannot available in the market before we launch it at 2015, especially in the field of pinhole camera. It almost become an icon of Zero Image cameras.
It's a shame that recently we found very similar item which is identically the same as ours. Both in design concept, material use, shape and functions. The only different seems is a magnet replacing the screw and the cut corner (for far more easy production) instead of a big round corner which can hole the filter stepping ring more firmly.

Viewfinders for all our camera.
***This simple tool is our original design and it is the world's 1st and the only view finder for pinhole camera available on the market for more than 15 years. Other brands/copy cat who love to stolen other's design/concept don't have this viewfinder comes with their camera because even they make it in any variation by adding magnet or change the materials or the shape, we all know they steal both our design and our concept!***
It is because this viewfinder is original designed for Zero Camera users, we don't have too much in stock. The factory (from Hong Kong) who made this for us already retired. Zero 2000 Lacquer Version SOLD OUT!!!Due to the sudden increase in sales of the Zero 2000 lacquer version last year, both the basic version and deluxe version already sold out.
It is not easy to have a design and product which can last for more than 18 years so we decided not to stop it. Production of the new log already started a year's ago, so the camera will be available soon (one to two months). We are so sorry for any inconvenience caused.
We will continue to accept orders (old price)for this camera but you may need to wait until it is available again.
Please also be reminded that the price of our cameras will be adjusted becasue everything already rise the price from 30%to 80% (especially the teak wood)!!! We haven't adjust our price for a few years!

25 Years in Pinhole Photography ~ Bethany de Forest
With a career spanning 25 years, the time was ripe for Bethany de Forest to compile a retrospective of her photographic oeuvre. Her selection is presented by KochxBos Publishers in this volume in 140 full-colour photo pages. De Forest photographs with pinhole cameras: instead of an objective lens these have a minuscule hole (i.e. a pinhole) through which the image is projected onto photosensitive material.
In the foreword, art historian and contemporary art restorer Sanneke Stigter notes, “It’s like being in Alice’s Wonderland... Look closer and you’ll discover all kinds of surprises: pollard willows made of rhubarb stalks, sugar cubes masquerading as marble blocks, and raw ham as marbled stone in a cathedral with stained-meat windows.”
Leafing through the book is like a journey through fairytale settings and surreal scenery. Lifesize insects and enormous flowers in exuberant landscapes are interspersed with interiors in which spaces continue on for ever and walls are made of meat. In worlds which often appear absurd, De Forest invariably finds a place for humour and an aside to the viewer.
It is all photography. Nothing is manipulated, painted or photoshopped. Pinhole photography is quite different from the perfect world of modern digital photography. The out-of-focus vignetting and the colour tones lend a sense of alienation.
De Forest prefers pinhole because it enables her to capture emotion and feeling. Pinhole camera is also a camera which fits her world: literally so, since the pinhole camera - sometimes no larger than a matchbox - is easy to place in a relatively small setting or model, so that it feels like you are actually standing inside.Funky Landscapes is available via www.pinlole.nl

It is ridiculous because we have paid all the postage fee here in Hong Kong, Parcel force should get their salary from our Post office and deliver the item to customer's door, not an extra handling fee directly from our customer and ask them to collect the parcel by themselves!!! Furthermore, Speed Post rise the price 2 to 3 times every year!!! We decided not to use Speed Post to send parcel to United Kingdom!
From 21th May, all United Kingdom orders will be ship by registered mail.
Balance of the shipping will be refunded to you after the order is shipped.
We can also ship by expensive Fedex or DHL if customers willing to pay the higher charges.

Tripod adapter Set
This specially designed tripod set is not for sale, but a SPECIAL GIFT for all orders during the celebrating period of our 15th Anniversary until all gone. This adapter allows you to attach your camera with 1/4 or 3/8 tripod socket thread to any tripod with 1/4 or 3/8 thread. Very handy if you have different size of tripod.
The adapter are made of solid brass with baked enamel coating. The diamond pattern not only match the design of all our cameras but also make it far easier to mount or unmount it from the camera or from the tipod. It can also work as a spacer when necessary.
