The shipping rate for Zone A is exactly the same as what we listed on our price list.

Zone B: Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, India, Indonesia, Philippine, Thailand, New Zealand, South Korea.

The shipping rate for Zone B is less so we may able to issue a refund of US$5-10 (depends on the final weight of the purchase) via customer's Paypal account after the order is shipped.

Shipping rate for Zone C is far higher than whtat we listed, from US$8-US$35. Please add the extra shipping fee by ordering the item "Extra Shipping Fee" or we will let you know the additional fee once we got your order or you can contact us for it before you place the order.

If you order more than one camera, free shippment for the second camera. Refund will be issued to your Paypal account afte the order is shipped.

Hong Kong Speed Post

Normally we can ship your order within 48 hours after we have received your payment and we will send you a shipping confirmation email.
We ship all our cameras by Hong Kong Speed Post with tracking number. The normal delivery time is 3-5 business days (reach to your country).

***Please be reminded that Parcel Force of UK and Chronopost of France (they are partners of HK Speed Post) will charge not only the VAT tax but also a further handling fee. A lot of customers feel very angry with such unknown and expensive handling fee so we will ship by registered mail to these two country if the total purchase is under US$200.

Our Policy

Most European countries need "Importing TAX" and this is not included in our price. Such tax will be collected by your local custom when the parcel arrived to your countries. You can check the tax rate of your country with your custom. It is the responsibility of the buyers to pay the custom charges and duty fees of their countries. Refusal to pay these charges is not a valid reason for return or refund.

We have do our best to make sure that every camera sent to our customers is in the best condition. In case you have any problem with our merchandise or you need any helps when using our camera, please feel free to email us.

In case you want a replacement because of the camera is defective, you must contact us within 7 days after you receive the order and you need to send back the item in the original factoy condition without any signs of use or wear within 7 days after our email communication.

You take the responsibility for the return shipping and insurance. Once we receive the returned item in the original factory condition. We will issue the replacement or full refund.

All shipping cost cannot be refund and we need to charge the second shippment (basic on the model),and also extra handling and re-stocking fee of US$30 for each refund/replace order in case the camera is not defective.
